These terms cover the sale of the digital products of Zero Pensieri through this website. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them. We suggest you save a copy: the version that applies to your order is the one published here on the day you buy.
We sell digital products: printable PDF guides, weekly menus, recipes and planners that make up the Zero Pensieri method. The product sold on this site is The Italian Week, a set of eight PDF notebooks, 108 pages in total, delivered as files you download and keep.
At checkout we may offer one optional add-on (The Dinner Rescue). You only buy it if you tick the box yourself. Nothing is added to your order without your action.
There is no subscription of any kind. You pay once. Nothing renews, and no further charge is ever made to your card.
The Italian Week is a meal-planning system. It is written for general information and organization. It is not a personalized meal plan, and it is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice.
If you have allergies, food intolerances, a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any specific dietary requirement, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before following the menus. Every recipe lists its allergens, but the responsibility for what you cook and eat is yours.
Prices are shown in US dollars on the sales page and are the ones in force when you place your order. Any time-limited or launch pricing is valid on the terms stated on that page. The amount you owe is the one shown in the checkout summary before you confirm.
Prices do not include any tax that may be due where you live. If any such tax applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
You fill in the fields in the checkout form and confirm by clicking the payment button. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation by email.
Check your details before you confirm, in particular your email address: that is where the product is sent, and a wrong address is the single most common reason an order does not arrive.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's systems, and we never see or store your full card number.
On your card or bank statement the charge appears as METODO ZERO PENSIERI. If you see a charge you do not recognize, write to us before contacting your bank: we can identify the order and, if it is ours and something went wrong, refund it faster than a dispute would.
These are digital products, so delivery happens online. Right after payment you receive an email with the link to your files. It usually arrives in under two minutes, under the subject line Your Italian Week is ready. If you added The Dinner Rescue, it comes in a second, separate email with its own link.
The links do not expire. You can download the files again months later from the same email.
If nothing has arrived after ten minutes, check your spam folder and your Promotions tab, then write to [email protected] from the address you bought with. We will find your order and send you the files ourselves.
Cook one week out of The Italian Week. If within 30 days of your purchase you decide it is not how you want to cook, write to [email protected] and we refund the full amount you paid, to the same payment method you used.
You do not have to explain why, and you keep the files. There is nothing to send back.
The guarantee covers your whole order, including the optional add-on if you bought it. It can be used once per customer. It is a commercial promise we make voluntarily, and it goes beyond what the law requires of us. Refunds are usually issued within a few business days; how quickly the money appears on your statement is then up to your bank.
All the material we sell (text, recipes, layout, artwork, names and marks) belongs to us or to the people who license it to us, and is protected by copyright.
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files. That means you can:

If this licence is broken we may withdraw it and take the steps the law allows.
We make the products carefully, but we do not promise a particular result: what you get out of a meal-planning system depends on how you use it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with your order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
For any question, technical problem or complaint, write to [email protected]. A person reads that address and answers. If you write to us about a problem, please include the email address you used at checkout and your first and last name, so we can find the order.
We are based in Italy, and these terms are governed by Italian law. This does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory consumer laws of the country and state where you live: where those laws give you a right that Italian law does not, that right still applies to you.
If something goes wrong, write to us first. Most things are solved by email in a day or two, and we would rather fix a problem than argue about one.
We may update these terms when the way we operate changes or when the law requires it. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top, on the day you buy. Changes are never applied backwards to orders already placed.
